Today is a date which will live in infamy. Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart's relationship has been confirmed (not verbally) but pictorially. Rumors speculating their relationship have been swirling since the release of "Twilight" in 2008. However, Pattinson & Stewart adamantly refused to comment.
