The Cruelest Month

In his poem, The Wasteland  T.S. Eliot said, "April is the cruelest month." 

Not to depress, but was he onto something...?

2. Most wars begin 

Now I personally feel as though February is the cruelest month (freezing cold, valentines day, the friggen groundhog might see his shadow) But, I guess the facts don't lie.
